Job summary

Conagra Brands seeks a finance professional to partner with assigned business functions on accounting and financial questions, helping identify risks and opportunities. You will participate in the Annual Operating Plan and strategic plan preparation for P&L and balance sheet accounts, and update monthly forecasts based on business changes.

You will support month-end close activities, develop financial models for product development, pricing, and analysis, and lead cross-functional projects

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional business and financial experience.
• Experience managing profit and loss statements, financial systems, and general accounting concepts.
• Experience collaborating across multiple functions to complete projects and resolve organizational challenges.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Power Query, and Copilot.
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned functions on accounting and finance questions, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Participate in the Annual Operating Plan and strategic plan preparation for P&L and balance sheet accounts.
• Update monthly forecasts based on business changes and communicate actionable insights.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities and resolve unusual items.
• Develop financial models to support product development, customer and pricing analyses.
• Lead projects across FP&A, new product development, manufacturing investments, and in-market investments.
• Develop metrics, scorecards, and reporting tools to monitor business performance.
• Deliver periodic reporting and performance metrics to leadership.
