Conagra Brands seeks a Finance Analyst to support the contract manufacturing organization with forecasting, planning, and financial analysis. You will partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support annual planning, forecasting, and period close activities.

Minimum 3 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional business and financial experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to partner with internal customers.
• Experience collaborating across departments to solve business challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a finance business partner for contract manufacturing sites, owning results and forecasting.
• Assist in annual operating plan and strategic plan for P&L components and balance sheet.
• Update monthly forecasts and communicate forward-looking insights on opportunities and risks.
• Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities and resolve issues.
• Provide financial analysis and modeling for initiatives including pricing and innovation.
• Lead FP&A projects across product development, manufacturing investments, and market investments.
• Develop metrics, scorecards, and reporting solutions to support decisions.
• Evaluate periodic management reports and provide FP&A support across finance.
• Participate in broader finance-wide initiatives as needed.
