Job summary

Rose International is seeking a Project Coordinator to support global business and marketing initiatives. The role owns scheduling, meeting cadence, and workback schedules for the Business and Marketing project management team, ensuring cross-functional alignment on deliverables.

The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and proactive, with strong project management skills and a commitment to quality. Familiarity with marketing calendars, assets, and cross-time-zone coordination is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience supporting marketing programs, campaign execution, project coordination, or related marketing functions
• Strong project coordination capability with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities while also meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
• Effective communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of an organization

Responsibilities

• Programmatically manage recurring business reviews, meetings, and cross-functional forums across multiple Lines of Business and global time zones
• Build, maintain, and monitor detailed work back schedules for key marketing moments, flagging risks, slips, and cross-functional dependencies before they become blockers
• Develop and manage marketing calendars, competitive overviews, creative scoping, asset libraries, and campaign documentation
• Collaborate with a broad range of teams across different time zones
• Help drive continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration
• Serve as a key point of coordination across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and campaign objectives
• Coordinate project timelines, calendars, approvals, task management, and key milestones to ensure successful campaign delivery
• Highly organized, efficient, resourceful, and proactive
