Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) is seeking a Global Marketing Manager to lead the Endourology portfolio within the Urological and Critical Care division. You will drive launches for disposables and capital equipment, partner with sales, and shape multi-channel campaigns grounded in clinical evidence.

You will translate market insights into strategies that grow the portfolio while collaborating across functions, managing key opinion leaders, and ensuring timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of progressive marketing or commercial experience in life sciences.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to align stakeholders.
• Proven track record translating vision into actionable plans and launches.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute bold commercial strategies to reach revenue and profitability targets, including launches and pricing.
• Collaborate with sales and other leaders to capitalize on opportunities.
• Improve customer experience through demand/supply planning and proactive support.
• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns grounded in insights and evidence.
• Translate market insights into actionable strategies for portfolio growth.
• Manage relationships with key opinion leaders and vendors; oversee scope and timelines.
