Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field.
• 3+ years of progressive marketing or commercial experience in the life sciences.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and align stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of translating vision into actionable marketing plans.
• Proven success in leading global product launches and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to travel 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute bold commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Collaborate closely with sales and other functional leaders to capitalize on commercial opportunities.
• Enhance customer experience through improved demand/supply planning, responsive support, and proactive issue resolution.
• Lead the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns grounded in customer insights and clinical evidence.
• Translate market and customer insights into actionable strategies that address unmet market needs and accelerate portfolio growth.
• Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic vendors.
