Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Global Marketing Manager for the Transplant Diagnostics Division (One Lambda) to drive growth and adoption of molecular diagnostics across regions. You will identify untapped segments, define expansion strategies, and build evidence-based adoption frameworks that scale globally.

You will craft market narratives and launch campaigns, partnering with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR, and regional teams to develop evidence requirements and region-ready

Qualifications

• Advanced degree plus 6 years of experience in molecular diagnostics product marketing.
• Strong expertise in market creation and segmentation.
• Proven ability to map barriers to adoption and define strategies.
• Experience partnering with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR, or clinical teams.
• Skilled in building scalable frameworks and market activation playbooks.
• Demonstrated success in global product launches and campaign management.
• Expertise in storytelling and content creation across channels.
• Strong understanding of customer journey marketing and integrated demand generation.
