Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Global Marketing Manager for the Transplant Diagnostics Division (One Lambda) to drive growth of molecular diagnostics in transplant and clinical settings. You will craft market opportunities, define expansion strategies, and develop evidence-based adoption frameworks that scale regionally.

Collaborate with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR, and regional teams to deliver compelling content across channels while ensuring non-promotional clinical education.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree with 6+ years in product marketing in molecular diagnostics, IVD, genomics or clinical diagnostics.
• Fields of study include Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Marketing or related.
• Experience in market creation, segmentation, and long-range planning with growth sizing.
• Ability to map adoption barriers and define clinical/diagnostic strategies.
• Partnership with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR or clinical teams to develop evidence roadmaps.
• Experience launching global products and campaigns with sales enablement handoff.
