Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Global Marketing Manager for the Transplant Diagnostics Division (One Lambda). You will drive growth and adoption of molecular diagnostics across regions, defining expansion strategies and launching evidence-based campaigns that translate complex science into demand generation.

You’ll partner with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR/MAVE, and regional teams to meet evidence requirements, develop clinical education strategies, and create region-ready

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with at least 6 years in product marketing in molecular diagnostics or clinical diagnostics.
• Experience in market creation, segmentation analysis and long-range planning.
• Ability to map barriers to adoption and define strategies to overcome them.
• Experience with evidence roadmaps, clinical education strategies and launch playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of the molecular diagnostics portfolio for transplant and clinical diagnostics.
• Identify untapped segments, define expansion strategies, and build evidence-based adoption frameworks.
• Develop market narratives and campaigns translating science into demand generation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR/MAVE and regional teams.
• Lead integrated campaigns from strategy to execution and measure impact on revenue.

Education

Advanced Degree +6 years experience

Bachelor's Degree +8 years experience
