Job summary
Helmerich & Payne, Inc. is seeking a Head of Market Intelligence to lead the company’s external data, analysis, and insights globally. You will translate complex market signals for the Executive Leadership Team, Corporate Finance, and commercial teams.
You will design integrated market models, dashboards, and scenarios; host executive briefings; and partner across functions to embed intelligence in forecasting and strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, data analytics or related field.
- 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
- Deep understanding of rig markets and oil & gas macro fundamentals.
- Experience supporting senior executives and creating executive-ready materials.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of global market and competitive intelligence.
- Create market models, dashboards, forecasts, scenarios for planning and investing.
- Host weekly Global Commercial Intelligence calls and share insights.
- Prepare executive and Board briefings on market conditions and competitors.
- Build macro house views and integrate insights into forecasts and decisions.
- Partner with FP&A, Investor Relations, Strategy, and regional teams to embed intelligence in plans.
