Job summary

ISS Market Intelligence, based in New York, seeks a Managing Director, Global Head of Market Intelligence, to lead strategy, growth, and value creation. The role reports to the CEO and oversees revenue, profitability, and operations while guiding product innovation and client strategy across the US and global markets.

The executive will drive partnerships, orchestration with technology and data operations, and the development of a scalable, AI-enabled platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Strong commercial leadership experience, including go-to-market strategy, pricing, customer growth, retention, and market expansion.
• 15+ years of senior leadership experience with increasing business, commercial, and P&L responsibility.
• Experience across multiple regions and cultures in a global environment.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing global teams.
• Experience evaluating investment priorities, product portfolios, and growth opportunities.
• Experience in financial information services, data and analytics, SaaS, research, capital markets, or adjacent information businesses.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic direction and long-term value creation for ISS Market Intelligence.
• Lead growth, commercial performance, and product innovation across the US and globally.
• Oversee financial performance including revenue, profitability, and cash generation.
• Align and coordinate with ISS STOXX units and technology/data teams to maximize value.
• Engage with executive leadership to shape client strategy, partnerships, and market expansion.
• Represent the business at industry events, client boards, and executive forums.
