7-Eleven International (7IN) seeks a Manager, New Market Entry & Investments to drive growth outside core markets. You will analyze markets, develop entry strategies, and structure partnerships, JVs, or acquisitions.

You will lead financial modeling, due diligence, and executive presentations, collaborating with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Development teams to enable international expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–5+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, PE, or related strategic roles.

Responsabilités

• Support international growth strategies by assessing market attractiveness, trends, and opportunities.
• Evaluate markets with consumer trends, economics, regulation, competition, and feasibility.
• Develop market entry options: franchise, JV, acquisition, licensing, and organic growth.
• Build business cases for investments and market prioritization.
• Lead project management for market entry initiatives with timelines and risk plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
• Monitor performance and identify improvements for growth initiatives.
