7-Eleven International (7IN) seeks a Manager, New Market Entry & Investments to drive international growth across markets outside the United States. You will lead analyses, coordinate cross-functional teams, and develop recommendations for executive leadership and the Board.

The ideal candidate combines strategy consulting rigor with corporate development acumen, strong financial modeling, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or related strategic roles with experience supporting market entry, growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, or investment evaluations.
• Top-tier management consulting experience (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent) and exposure to international environments.

• Support international growth strategies by assessing market attractiveness, consumer trends, and growth opportunities.
• Evaluate markets through analysis of trends, economics, regulatory environments, and feasibility.
• Develop market entry options including JV, licensing, or organic growth.
• Build business cases supporting investment decisions and prioritization.
• Lead cross-functional project management for market entry initiatives.
• Coordinate due diligence and cross-functional workstreams for investments.
• Prepare executive-ready reports and board materials.
