Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, strategy, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, PE, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop international growth strategies by assessing markets, trends, and feasibility.
• Evaluate markets for entry via franchise, JV, acquisitions, licensing, or organic growth.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Operations, Finance, Legal, Development, Tech, Supply Chain, and Brand.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partners, franchises, JVs, and acquisitions.
• Coordinate due diligence and prepare executive-ready reports and board materials.
