The Manager, New Market Entry & Investments leads analyses, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and develops recommendations for executive leadership and Board-level decision making.

The ideal candidate combines strategy consulting rigor, corporate development acumen, strong financial analysis skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or related strategic roles

Responsibilities

• Develop market entry recommendations including franchise, joint venture, acquisition, licensing, and organic growth alternatives.
• Build comprehensive business cases supporting investment decisions and market prioritization efforts.
• Lead project management activities for market entry initiatives, including timelines, milestones, risk identification, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate due diligence processes across financial, commercial, legal, operational, strategic, and organizational workstreams.
• Develop executive-ready reports, presentations, Board materials, investment memoranda, and strategic recommendations.
