UL Solutions in the United States (Washington) is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to drive global market access initiatives, coordinating testing, certification, and customer support.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days per week, with responsibilities ranging from project leadership to liaising with lab staff and clients, and supporting sales on specifications.

Formación

• University degree in Business Administration or related field with 6 years of related experience.
• Ability to independently identify project needs, plan, execute, and manage programs.
• Highly organized in fast-paced environments with multiple deadlines.
• 5+ years of global market access or international certifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead basic projects and define scope with support.
• Coordinate lab activities, schedule testing and review lab work.
• Assist customers in lab interactions and equipment setup.
• Lead project status communications and explain tests and requirements.
• Support sales in determining project specifications (cost, time, samples).
• Promote continuous improvement in project processes and document management.
• Travel may be possible to witness testing at customer locations or UL locations.
• Follow UL Code of Conduct and security practices.
• Perform other duties as directed.
