UL Solutions in Canton, MA, is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to manage international product safety projects. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office work 3 days per week. You will lead projects, coordinate lab testing, assist clients, and ensure compliance with standards and UL procedures.

The successful candidate will have a university degree and 6+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and experience in global market access. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Six years of directly related project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to identify needs for projects or programs and plan objectives.
• Highly organized, capable of handling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• 5+ years in global market access or international certifications.

Responsabilités

• Lead basic projects and define scope with support.
• Coordinate lab activities and schedule testing to meet deadlines.
• Understand testing technology and standards within scope.
• Support clients in the lab and facilitate interactions with staff.
• Resolve issues arising during testing.
• Lead project status communications and explain test standards and certification requirements.
• Collaborate with team to resolve customer issues.
• Assist sales in defining project specs such as cost, time and sample needs.
• Incorporate continuous improvement in project processes and document management.
• Travel for witness testing or industry events.
• Follow UL Code of Conduct and security practices.
• Perform other duties as directed.
