Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to lead projects for global market access and international product safety. The role emphasizes planning, coordination, and technical expertise to navigate complex regulatory requirements.

The position is hybrid, with in-office work 3 days per week, Monday through Friday. The person will coordinate lab activities, support customers in the lab, and communicate project status while collaborating with engineering, leadership, and external

Qualifications

• Requires university degree in business or related field and typically 6 years of directly related experience.
• Ability to independently identify project needs, formulate objectives, plan and execute programs, and manage programs.
• Highly organized individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
• 5+ years of global market access or international certifications.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Ability to break down complex technical concepts and relay information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Acts as project lead to manage basic projects and define scope with support.
• Coordinates lab activities, schedules testing, and reviews lab work to meet deadlines.
• Supports customers in the lab during testing and equipment setup.
• Finds solutions for issues arising during laboratory testing.
• Leads project status communications, explains tests and certification requirements, UL procedures.
• Works with team to resolve customer issues and supports sales in defining project specs.
• Incorporates continuous improvement for project processes and document management.
• Travel may be required for witness testing or industry events.
