UL Solutions in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator for our Global Market Access team to help clients navigate international product safety and market access. You will lead projects, coordinate testing activities, and communicate complex requirements clearly to internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or related field and 6 years of related experience.
• Experience identifying project needs, objectives, and execution.
• Highly organized, fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
• 5+ years of global market access or international certifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead basic projects and define scope with support.
• Coordinate lab activities and testing schedules.
• Support customers in lab interactions and equipment setup.
• Address issues arising during testing.
• Communicate project status, technical issues, and certification requirements.
• Collaborate with sales to determine project specs (cost, time, samples).
• Integrate continuous improvement for processes and documents.
• Travel may be required to witness testing or attend events.
