Job summary

UL Solutions in Fremont, CA, is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to drive global market access initiatives, coordinating cross-border product safety and regulatory processes.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in-office weekly, strong project management and communication skills, and the ability to lead initiatives with customers and internal teams. The Total Rewards package includes salary, bonus potential, benefits, and PTO.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or related field with ~6 years of directly related experience.
• Ability to independently identify needs for projects or programs, formulate objectives, plan and execute projects and/or programs, and manage programs.
• Highly organized individual who works well in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous deadlines.
• 5+ years of global market access or international certifications.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Ability to break down complex technical concepts and relay relevant information.

Responsibilities

• Lead basic projects and define scope for the project with support.
• Coordinate laboratory activities and scheduling of testing to meet deadlines.
• Assist customers with their interaction with the laboratory staff on testing and equipment setup.
• Lead on project status communications and explain test standards and certification requirements.
• Support sales in determining project specifications, cost, time, and sample requirements.
