Job summary

Ford is seeking a Manufacturing Learning and Development Operations Supervisor to strengthen capability across the global manufacturing network. This Supervisor role translates enterprise learning strategy, governance decisions, capability standards, and workforce development priorities into practical plans, tools, reporting, and execution support for plants and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning/Instructional design in Manufacturing, HR, Organizational Development, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development, manufacturing operations, HR, organizational development, project management, or related field.
• Experience supporting learning, training, capability building, competency frameworks, skills matrices, or workforce development programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the enterprise Manufacturing Learning Operations roadmap by coordinating inputs, tracking actions, preparing materials, and translating priorities into executable workplans.
• Maintain and improve the Manufacturing Capabilities Framework, including content updates, feedback tracking, and documentation.
• Deliver the Learning Needs Assessment process across plants with templates, calendars, data collection tools, and workshop materials.
