Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive responsibilities and experience in operations leadership.
• Extensive experience in high-volume, complex manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading a manufacturing function and overseeing 50+ hourly employees.
• Strong leadership with interpersonal, team-building and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve problems under pressure.
