Job summary

Ford Energy is seeking a Training and Development Leader to drive manufacturing development activities across Ford Energy facilities. You will partner with operations to coordinate onboarding for new hires and deliver ongoing training for new skills and capabilities required for new technology.

You will manage LMS processes, maintain training records, and lead learning initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (5+ years) in organizational learning and development, training, human resources, or a related discipline.
• 1-2+ years of classroom facilitation experience; certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) and ability to manage training processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide learning and development process leadership using established training standards, processes, and tools.
• Coordinate onboarding activities/training for new hires and ongoing training for existing plant personnel.
• Utilize LMS to coordinate/track/assign training, create training reports, and enter training/compliance completions.
• Perform training audits to ensure training requirements are followed.
