Voith Group seeks a Global Manufacturing Training and Development Manager to design, implement, and manage manufacturing learning initiatives across our sites. The role partners with Global, Regional and Local teams to support a DRIVE FRS Learning LMS implementation and to ensure content aligns with safety and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development for manufacturing, experience with apprenticeships, and the ability to collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• 3-5 years manufacturing experience with focus on training.
• English communication in writing and speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a manufacturing learning and development strategy.
• Collaborate with operations sites and subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives.
• Audit and evaluate learning initiatives using assessments, feedback, and KPIs.
• Implement and maintain learning management system to track progress and training records.
• Provide coaching and consulting support to business leaders to identify and resolve gaps.
• Identify industry trends and best practices through researching best in class practices.
• Engage with educational institutions to establish apprenticeships.
• Seek and deploy education/training grants at operating units.
