Job summary

Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan, seeks an Engineering Learning and Development Supervisor to lead global capability upskilling, analytics-driven improvements, and compliance across engineering disciplines. You will partner with Product Creation & Industrialization to design training strategies and implement them across 20,000+ employees.

You will own enterprise learning platforms (Udemy, Coursera), migrate metrics to Google Cloud Platform, and coordinate end-to-end training logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in Product Development or related engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning Analytics Development and Dashboard Deployment for 20,000+ global employees.
• Manage Google Cloud Platform onboarding to move metrics to a Cloud First solution for Learning Analytics.
• Oversee eLearning investments and act as Ford Business Owner for platforms (Udemy Business, Coursera, ThORS).
• Coordinate end-to-end training logistics and ensure audit-ready compliance.
• Partner with PD functional organizations to understand learning needs and address gaps.
• Perform annual needs analysis to support budget development and catalogs of learning solutions.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Engineering, or other related discipline.
