Job summary

Ford Energy is seeking a Training and Development Leader to drive manufacturing learning initiatives and coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for plant personnel. You will collaborate with operations, HR, and leadership to ensure effective curricula and compliant training programs.

The role requires experience in adult learning theory, project management, and a strong ability to manage LMS-based training, documentation, and audits in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in organizational learning and development, training, HR or related discipline.
• Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) and ability to coordinate training processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide learning and development process leadership using established standards, processes and tools.
• Facilitate learning & development committees and annual plans/budgets.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for plant personnel and new skills.
• Track training via LMS and report completion data; maintain records.
