Job summary

Everpure, a Pure Storage subsidiary, seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead process development and continuous improvement for server and storage product lines. You will manage a global team, partner with Contract Manufacturers, and ensure quality, throughput, and cost targets are met.

You will collaborate with Design Engineering, Quality, and Operations to drive DFM, PFMEA, and scalable manufacturing solutions across L6 and L10 architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience in PCBA (L6) and System Level (L10) manufacturing for servers/storage assemblies.
• Proven track record leading/managing engineering teams.
• Ability to drive cross‑functional NPI programs with Design Eng., Operations, Quality.
• Practical application of Lean, PFMEA, SPC, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define scalable manufacturing process strategies for NPIs with Contract Manufacturers.
• Direct and develop a global team of manufacturing engineers.
• Embed DFM principles and PFMEAs with Design Engineering during development.
• Establish a long-term manufacturing process technology roadmap with stakeholders.
