Job summary

Everpure (Formerly Pure Storage) is seeking a dynamic Systems Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team in our Enterprise organization. You will guide pre-sales Systems Engineers to help large enterprises modernize data strategies with all-flash storage, cloud, and AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience leading high-performing sales engineering teams in enterprise accounts.
• 10+ years in storage, networking, or systems solutions for large data centers.
• Deep understanding of multi-tier client/server and web-based computing architectures.
• Experience setting team strategy to acquire prospects and convert them into clients.
• Knowledge of modern storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN), cloud and on-prem, and containers.

• Seek opportunities for interoperability, functional and performance testing/validation.
• Promote mutual roadmap and planning exchanges.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitive landscape to drive thought leadership.
