Job summary

Everpure in Houston, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead process development, validation, and continuous improvement for server and storage product lines across PCBA (L6) and System Level (L10) manufacturing. You will build, empower, and direct a global engineering team to chart the technology roadmap and establish scalable, high‑yield production systems.

Qualifications

• Technical foundation in manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• Hands-on expertise in PCBA (L6) and System Level (L10) manufacturing processes.
• Proven leadership in mentoring and developing engineering talent.
• Experience partnering with Design Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Contract Manufacturers during NPIs.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and validate scalable manufacturing process strategies for NPIs in partnership with Contract Manufacturers to maximize first-pass yield and production efficiency across L6 and L10 architectures.
• Direct, mentor, and grow a team of manufacturing engineers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and technical innovation.
• Partner directly with Design Engineering during early-stage development to embed DFM principles, PFMEAs, and implement mistake-proofing, automation, and preventive controls before volume ramp.
• Establish the long-term manufacturing process technology roadmap alongside external partners and internal stakeholders to drive down cost, improve throughput, and elevate overall product quality.
