Zusammenfassung

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Maintenance Leader to coach, support, and develop shift personnel to ensure reliable production lines. You will guide preventive and preventive/predictive maintenance programs and refine maintenance processes to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.

You will collaborate with Production, Quality and IT teams to implement condition-based maintenance, reduce MTTR, improve MTBF, and optimize maintenance spend while ensuring safety and compliance across GMP

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of seven years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or equivalent.
• LEAN & Six Sigma experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own and improve MTTR by organizing parts and locations in SAP.
• Improve maintenance standards (MWDs/FITs) and MTBF across production lines.
• Drive planned maintenance efficiency through MN Boards, MRP, and review meetings.
• Reduce maintenance costs by acting as site liaison for OEMs and coordinating with other sites.
• Enhance stakeholder relations with production, planning, Reliability & Metrology using the NN Way.
