Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 8+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years maintenance leadership with people mgmt.
- Experience leading Maintenance & Calibration programs in GMP.
- Asset lifecycle management and asset performance improvement.
- Experience managing large capital projects and external providers.
Responsibilities
- Lead site maintenance and calibration operations.
- Develop maintenance strategies to improve uptime.
- Drive TPM and asset lifecycle initiatives.
- Ensure GMP, FDA, quality and HSE in maintenance.
- Lead and coach maintenance team.
- Oversee contractors and third-party services.
- Manage budgets, resources and capital investments.
- Champion continuous improvement and cost performance.
- Support audits and regulatory readiness.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering.
