Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Maintenance Coach for the Fill & Finish Expansions team. You will support and develop technical competencies on shift to ensure successful production and maintenance execution.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance scheduling, mentoring technicians, and driving process improvements while ensuring SAP documentation and compliance. This role emphasizes safety and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field from an accredited university.
• Seven years of maintenance or manufacturing experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with one or more high-speed or automated systems in pharma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a maintenance advocate, coordinating daily schedule and removing barriers.
• Coach and mentor maintenance technicians on shift.
• Execute process confirmation of maintenance standards and drive quality improvements.
• Coach maintenance Event Response process and track events.
• Ensure maintenance work is documented in SAP and log books.
• Follow safety and environmental requirements in performance of duties.
• Execute shift maintenance plan and close work orders.
