You will lead a high-performing team, manage budgets, collaborate across Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring audits and inspections readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years in maintenance leadership with people management.
• Experience leading Maintenance & Calibration programs in GMP settings.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, GMP, GxP, Quality and HSE requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead site Maintenance & Calibration operations to ensure safety, compliance, reliability, and business continuity.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies to improve asset performance and uptime.
• Drive TPM and Asset Lifecycle Management across manufacturing and engineering.
• Ensure GMP, FDA, quality, and HSE requirements in maintenance activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance organization.
• Oversee contractor performance and third-party partnerships.
• Manage maintenance budgets, resource planning, and capital investments.
• Champion continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and cost performance.
• Maintain inspection readiness and support regulatory audits.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Technical Operations.
