Job summary

Husco International is seeking a manufacturing leader to bridge engineering, operations, and supplier partnerships from concept to production. You will lead critical launch activities, drive improvements across our global supply base, and serve as a technical resource for machining and process development.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering, purchasing, operations, and supplier quality to ensure successful launches and long-term performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience in supplier development, manufacturing engineering, supplier quality, casting launch, heavy machining, or related leadership.
• Willingness to travel globally up to 20% and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier development activities for new product launches from design release to production.
• Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to improve manufacturability, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Drive APQP, PPAP, process validation, and ramp-up activities for launches.
• Provide technical leadership in machining, casting, tooling, fixturing, and process optimization.
• Analyze production data to drive problem-solving and long-term improvements.
