Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
• 12+ years of engineering experience leading complex customer programs and product launches
• Experience with design, verification testing, supplier development, customer support, and production launches
• Ability to coordinate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of APQP, engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing processes
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex customer programs from prototype build through production launch
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, suppliers, and customers to launch new products
• Manage program budgets, financial metrics, cost models, and cost optimization opportunities
• Guide product design, design control, troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement activities
• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication, technical support and issue resolution
• Lead and develop an Applications Engineering team through coaching and performance development
• Serve as a cross-functional leader balancing customer expectations, business needs, and project timelines
