Cushman & Wakefield in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a MAC Manager Global SME to serve as the subject matter expert for FM MAC support, delivering best practices for weekly moves and monthly site-to-site relocations while aligning with SLAs.

You will lead MAC Coordinators, build partnerships with site operations, track tasks and budgets, and drive client-focused improvements through move planning, reporting, and post-move surveys.

Qualifications

• Lead MAC Coordinators, establish annual goals, and drive KPI achievement.
• Foster relationships with key business partners, vendors, and Site Operations Managers.
• Perform weekly quality control of move activity to ensure data governance.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and development support to MAC Coordinators, establishing goals and KPIs.
• Develop relationships with business partners and Site Operations Managers.
• Perform weekly quality control of move activity to ensure data governance.
• Capture and report activity supporting new-hire placement and weekly moves.
• Coordinate with FM, PDS, and vendors on furniture installation and reconfiguration for moves.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Lead pre-move walkthroughs to ensure spaces are ready for occupants.
• Track tasks, schedules, and budgets related to moves and ensure adherence to processes.
