Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager - Move, Add, Change (MAC) to support workplace transformation, office reconfigurations, employee relocations, churn management, and capital improvement initiatives, with on-site responsibility at a Cincinnati campus.

The role focuses on small-scale workspace modifications, individual moves, furniture requests, and asset optimization, while larger relocations are led by Workplace Design and this role provides implementation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in workplace/facilities or related projects.
• Experience with MAC programs, office relocations, or occupancy projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and space planning tools.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage MAC projects including relocations, reconfigurations, furniture installations, restacks, and workplace enhancements.
• Analyze, track, and manage schedules, milestones, and dependencies to minimize business disruption.
• Ensure governance, processes, and systems are applied consistently across projects.
• Produce status reports, move schedules, occupancy reports, risk logs, and updates for leadership.
• Coordinate interfaces between Facilities, IT, Security, furniture vendors, and construction teams.
• Forecast milestones, budgets, occupancy plans, and resource needs.
• Coordinate space planning and workplace changes in line with occupancy strategies.
• Oversee move planning, execution, furniture deployment, and post-move support.
