Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Cincinnati seeks an experienced Project Manager - Move, Add, Change (MAC) to support workplace transformation, office reconfigurations, employee relocations, churn management, and capital improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional client service while managing multiple MAC projects in occupied environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of project management experience in workplace/facilities/space planning.
• Experience managing MAC programs, relocations, transformations or occupancy projects.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of workplace services, facilities operations, space planning and furniture systems.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and related tools.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Facilities, IT, Security, Real Estate and vendors.
• Strong problem-solving, budgeting, scheduling and project coordination abilities.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage MAC projects including relocations, workspace reconfigurations and furniture installations.
• Coordinate stakeholders (clients, facilities, architects, engineers, vendors, IT, contractors).
• Analyze and manage schedules, milestones and dependencies to minimize business disruption.
• Ensure governance, processes and systems are applied throughout execution.
• Apply workplace project management best practices across projects.
• Produce status reports, move schedules, occupancy reports, risk logs and executive updates.
• Monitor multiple MAC projects for compliance with standards and requirements.
• Oversee interfaces between facilities, technology, security, furniture and construction vendors.
• Coordinate information flow via meetings, communications and reviews.
• Forecast and update milestones, budgets, occupancy plans and resource needs.
• Coordinate space planning and occupancy strategies.
• Oversee move planning, execution, furniture deployment and post-move support.
• Support change management and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Ensure activities cause minimal disruption to operations.
