Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience supporting workplace projects.
• Experience managing Move, Add, Change (MAC) programs, office relocations, workplace transformations, or occupancy projects.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead MAC projects including employee relocations, workspace reconfigurations, furniture installations, office restacks, departmental moves, and workplace enhancements.
• Coordinate stakeholders across facilities, IT, architects, engineers, furniture vendors, contractors, and move management providers.
• Analyze, track, and manage project schedules, milestones, and dependencies to minimize business disruptions.
• Verify that governance, processes, and systems are used throughout project execution.
• Produce project status reports, move schedules, occupancy reports, risk logs, and executive updates.
