Job summary

ABM is seeking a capable project/move coordinator in Mountain View to oversee small and large group moves, build strong partner relationships, and manage move plans, schedules, and budgets. You will coordinate with FM, Events, and vendors, procure labor, review proposals, and ensure timely delivery within scope, while advancing MAC process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project or technology coordination.
• Proven experience with moves, adds and changes, facilities management, and operations.
• Understanding of architectural drawings.
• Planning, coordination, and execution for all facilities requests.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to stay informed on Hybrid Workplace trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and MAC Manager.
• Manage weekly small (<10) or large (>10) group moves and plans.
• Coordinate with FM, Events, and move vendors on setup and reconfiguration.
• Develop project schedules for move management activities.
• Coordinate relocation plans, schedules and budgets with stakeholders.
• Procure and manage move labor; evaluate proposals and select vendors.
• Coordinate pre-move walkthroughs and ensure spaces ready.
• Track tasks, schedules and budgets for moves.
• Ensure moves align with documented processes and timelines.
• Support change management for workspace and work style shifts.
• Provide trending analysis to improve MAC processes and outcomes.
• Post-move surveys and reports to identify improvements.
• Maintain complete initiation, execution and closeout documentation.
