Qualifications

Expertise in managing large M365 environments (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange)
Experience documenting SOPs and knowledge base articles
Strong governance and administration skills for M365 workstreams
Ability to work asynchronously with a US-based team and multi-geo tenants

Responsibilities

L3 Ticket Resolution & Escalation Triage: Resolve routine L3 tickets independently where SOPs or documented procedures exist
Knowledge Capture & Documentation: Document resolutions as ServiceNow KB articles and internal SOPs
BAU Governance & Administration: Manage governance items across M365 workstreams and related SharePoint lists
Strategic Project Support: Provide execution support on strategic projects as directed by leadership
