Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 specialist to support the Enterprise Solutions team. You will manage the 14,000+ user global M365 tenant, handle L3 escalations, and contribute to governance across SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and related tools.

The role emphasizes documentation, knowledge capture, and ongoing project support under senior leadership. Strong communication and asynchronous collaboration with a US-based team are essential.

Qualifications

Experience managing M365 across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange and Power Platform.
Proficiency in AvePoint Cloud Governance and Purview.
Knowledge of Entra ID security groups and dynamic groups.
Strong documentation: SOPs and knowledge base articles.
Excel proficiency for tracking, data analysis and reporting.
Ability to work asynchronously with a US-based team.

Responsibilities

Resolve L3 tickets and escalation triage using SOPs.
Document tribal knowledge as ServiceNow KB articles.
Expand governance of M365 Workstreams and SharePoint lists.
Coordinate ITAM license reservations and monitor storage trends.
Support strategic projects for the Microsoft Enterprise Solutions team.
