Job summary

Uber is seeking a Senior Program Manager, M&A to lead a portfolio of complex People-related M&A workstreams across multiple jurisdictions. You will drive end-to-end People workstream execution, coordinate with Corporate Development, Legal, Finance, and IT, and navigate global regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive professional experience in large-scale program mgmt, consulting, or strategic operations.
• 7+ years leading complex, multi-functional programs with ambiguity and cross-functional influence.
• Experience in M&A People/HR domains including due diligence, organizational design, and post-close integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern a portfolio of concurrent, high-stakes M&A transactions with end-to-end People workstreams across global regulatory frameworks.
• Resolve complex integration challenges including global compensation harmonization, labor council strategy, HRIS data migration, and mobility issues.
• Drive rigorous due diligence, synthesizing legal, HR, and cultural data into actionable recommendations for deal structuring and risk mitigation.
• Develop strong cross-functional partnerships with Corporate Development, Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless data and operational integration.
