In this role, you will shape the integration strategy, manage execution risk, and partner with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Development to deliver a world-class employee experience during deals and post-close transitions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive professional experience in large-scale program management.
• Minimum 7+ years leading complex, multi-functional programs and managing ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern a portfolio of concurrent, high-stakes M&A transactions, end-to-end People workstream execution across multiple jurisdictions.
• Spearhead resolution of highly ambiguous integration challenges including global compensation harmonization and labor strategy, data migration, and mobility issues.
• Drive rigorous due diligence processes, synthesizing legal, HR, and cultural data into actionable recommendations for deal structuring and risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain robust cross-functional partnerships with Corporate Development, Legal, Finance, and IT/Systems teams.
