Responsibilities

• Lead and govern a portfolio of concurrent, high-stakes M&A people workstreams end-to-end across multiple regulatory frameworks.
• Spearhead integration challenges including compensation harmonization, labor strategy, data migration, and mobility issues.
• Drive due diligence processes and synthesize data into actionable recommendations for deal structuring and risk mitigation.
• Develop robust cross-functional partnerships to ensure seamless data and operational integration.
