Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Corporate Development professional to lead cross-functional integration planning across the M&A lifecycle, from Day 1 readiness to value realization. This hands-on role connects the big picture to the details and builds momentum across functions without relying on formal authority.

You will develop integration strategies, governance structures, and roadmaps, translate diligence findings into priorities, and coordinate post-close execution while maintaining visibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, integration, strategy, consulting, finance, business operations, transformation, or program management.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence, create structure, and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Ability to travel globally up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Develop integration strategies, operating principles, plans, milestones, and governance structures across the transaction lifecycle.
• Translate operational and functional diligence findings into clear integration priorities, plans, and actions.
• Coordinate Day 1 readiness and post-close execution, ensuring owners, dependencies, decisions, and timelines remain visible.
• Maintain integrated project plans and drive resolution of cross-functional issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, Product, Sales, and other functions to align integration priorities and deliverables.
• Facilitate workstream and governance meetings, document key decisions, and ensure timely follow‑through on commitments.
• Define and track integration benefits, KPIs, risks, and mitigation actions, while preparing concise executive updates and decision materials.
• Build and continuously improve integration playbooks, templates, tools, and best practices to strengthen the speed, consistency, and effectiveness of future transactions.
