The role creates visual guidelines, content strategy, and training programs that ensure consistent, high-luxury execution. You will collaborate across VM, design, and marketing teams to elevate in-store storytelling and product presentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, luxury retail, brand education, or creative content roles.
• Strong expertise in luxury visual standards and high-end retail environments.
• Proven experience creating visual guidelines, training content, and learning frameworks.
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and stakeholder alignment abilities.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Own the creation, evolution, and governance of global visual merchandising guidelines across jewelry, watches, and lifestyle collections.
• Translate brand DNA and commercial goals into clear visual rules and principles.
• Design and deliver structured training programs for VM teams, including onboarding and seasonal launches.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align VM content with campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage external partners for content development and research luxury retail trends.
