Job summary

LOGISTEED America, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse operations with knowledge of international logistics. The role requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and interact effectively with customers.

Proficiency in CargoWise and WMS is preferred, along with strong PC skills. The position offers full-time hours with on-site work at our Elk Grove Village facility.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with CargoWise and WMS systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs and work instructions.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with team and customers.
• Read and comprehend SOPs, work instructions, and documents; count accurately.
• Create or retrieve bill of ladings, shipping documents, and labels.
• Arrange transport of local and regional shipments and follow up on pickups/deliveries.
• Use CargoWise, WMS, and Windows OS to process forms and orders.
• Set priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Provide administrative support to Manager and Supervisors.
