Job summary

IRCA Group USA LLC is seeking a Traffic Coordinator in Elk Grove Village, IL to align inbound and outbound deliveries, verify documentation, and support warehouse operations. You will work with 3PLs, manage shipping paperwork, and maintain inventory accuracy while delivering superior service to internal teams and external partners.

Requirements include HS diploma, 1+ year of transportation experience (3 years preferred), forklift operation, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year transportation experience; 3 years preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Strong communication, organization and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries (small parcels, LTL, TL).
• Verify documentation (BOL, PRO #, materials) and 3PL transfers.
• Review inbound materials and labeling for accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and communicate shortages to management.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipments; interface with freight companies and customers.
• Utilize InforM3 ERP to manage shipping from start to finish.
• Handle freight claims/returns for non-conforming materials.
• Attend to CS, Warehouse and Production inquiries promptly.
