Novo Nordisk seeks a logistics subject matter expert in Global Logistics & Distribution US, focusing on external warehousing and interfaces with internal and external stakeholders. You will drive process improvements, ensure compliant warehouse execution, and manage complex logistics with limited procedures in place.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will coordinate with 4PL partners, 3PL warehouses, Freight Managers, Quality, and Planners to optimize performance and cost.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Logistics or related field required and minimum 2 years in logistics in a regulated environment.
• Alternative: Associate Degree with 4 years of relevant logistics experience in regulated environment.
• Experience with external warehouses, 3PL/4PL partners and cross-functional stakeholders required.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and data-driven problem solving preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as logistics SME and coordinate priorities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Set direction for process alignment with external warehouses and internal teams.
• Drive stakeholder meetings and collect feedback to improve processes.
• Coordinate shipments with 4PL partner, warehouses and freight forwarders; escalate issues.
• Optimize external warehouse and distribution processes using data-driven methods.
• Handle complex logistics, deviations, and non-conformances; drive resolution.
• Support audit readiness and ensure documentation and quality requirements are met.
• Lead continuous improvement across distribution and warehouse workflows.
• Provide guidance to teammates and maintain safety/environmental compliance.
