Novo Nordisk seeks a logistics SME for Global Logistics & Distribution US (GL&D-US) in Clayton, NC. You will drive external warehouse execution, align processes with 3PL/4PL partners, and coordinate with Freight Managers, Quality, and Planners to ensure compliant, efficient distribution.

You will analyze data, lead improvement initiatives, and resolve complex warehouse issues while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and audit readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in a related field with required industry experience in regulated environments.
• Experience with external warehouses (3PL/4PL) and cross-functional partners.
• Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with GMP guidelines and regulatory considerations.

Aufgaben

• Act as logistics SME coordinating priorities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Set direction for process alignment with external warehouses and 4PL partners.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and solicit feedback to improve execution.
• Monitor shipment and warehouse activities; escalate issues with solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in distribution and warehouse workflows.
• Handle complex logistics issues and deviations; support audit readiness.
